Welcome to Spartan Service Group!

Since 2016, we’ve put customer service above everything else.

We knew it was missing in this industry and we wanted to put in the work to make that change.

We pride ourselves on making sure 100% of our customers are happy and satisfied with our level of service.

Because of this, we offer 24/7 service calls and do regular performance reviews with our staff.

Our founders, Scott and Ryan, were working for a service company. That company was sold to another company.

As time went on with the new ownership, unfortunately, customer service no longer was held to the standard we pride ourselves on.

We value our time in past experiences and are very thankful for the lessons learned, the triumphs, and for the trials we faced.

It was time for a change, and God opened the door for the opportunity to serve customers with the level of customer service they deserved.

Since then, we’ve grown to 31 employees (and growing). We now provide world-class customer service to our partners who value long-term partnerships.
